Our fore & grandfathers lived in this village called Pallakal, where there were 50 families Kannada, Telugu Brahman families belonging to Pallakal lived who were followeres of pallakal YOGA NARASHIMA and for most of them YOGA NARASHIMA was Kula daiwam.

In the 70's some time there were robbers who kept invading for the whealthy rich farming families and so they had to re allocate.

Aim of this blog is to bring knowledge, connect the families who worship Pallakal YOGA NARASHIMA and to channelise required works need to be carried out.

- to start with right now the pujari for this temple appointed by Hindu religious endowment board is not turning to the temple as he is not well. We need find a competent person and take up to the board to make sure right person is appointed and then the puja is done in regular manner.

Nearest Airport : Tuticorin ( Thoothkudi ) - By car from airport one way travel should cost you Rs 600 by car and you will need 90mins to 2 hours to reach based on the timing.
Airport is pretty deserted so pl make prior plan for Car travel before.

Nearest Station : Tirunelveli Junction. By Car should cost to you pretty much same. By bus you will need to go the New bus stand from there you can take a bus to Ambasamudram and from there youreach pallakal easily by bus, (will requaire a walk) or by Auto.
